Big Dutchman Asia strengthens BU Egg team in Japan with appointment of new Sales Manager

Tokyo, Japan / 21 October 2025 – Big Dutchman is pleased to announce the appointment of Taichiro Asaga as Sales Manager, BU Egg, Japan.

Based in Tokyo, Asaga-san will be responsible for supporting all sales-related activities for Big Dutchman’s egg production business in Japan. His focus will be on driving business development, identifying new growth opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives to support long-term, profitable volume growth in the Japanese layer market.

Asaga-san brings with him over 10 years of sales experience, including five years in the agricultural equipment sector. Throughout his career, he has been involved in customer-facing roles that combine technical expertise with commercial responsibility, providing a strong foundation to support Japanese customers in modernising and expanding their egg production operations.

In his new role, Asaga-san will work closely with customers, agents and colleagues across Asia to promote Big Dutchman’s complete portfolio of layer housing, feeding, climate and digital solutions. His responsibilities include supporting project development, coordinating with technical and service teams, and ensuring that customers receive the right concepts for both new investments and upgrades of existing farms.
