“New offices to meet the increasing demands for solutions and services”
Big Dutchman recently expanded in three countries at the same time in the Asia-Pacific region:
Moving to serve better: Big Dutchman in the Philippines
Big Dutchman Philippines has recently added even more talented staff and moved to a new and bigger office in Pasig City, the Philippines, after combining forces with the Proline Group that was recently acquired by Big Dutchman. The office in the Philippines is one of the new additions to a growing list of established Big Dutchman locations across the Asia-Pacific region that already includes Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Myanmar.
Proline Group is a Canada-based based company supplying production technologies for the pig, poultry and grain handling industries in Asia-Pacific.
“The future expansion plans will allow the team to build up the market, promote the Big Dutchman brand and provide the Philippines with a new level of support that we are known for in the global market,” said Patrick Ty, Managing Director of Big Dutchman Philippines.
Big Dutchman celebrates grand opening of new Myanmar office
Big Dutchman is pleased to announce the opening of its Myanmar office in Yangon. The new office is headed by Mr Surachai Chaicompa as Director of BDA Agriculture (Myanmar) Ltd. and will further enhance the company’s sales and support services for customers in pig and poultry production equipment.
The additional office will accommodate the growing company structure and enable Big Dutchman to expand its business functions across the company whilst meeting the increasing demand of their customers regarding sales and support.
“The expansion with the Myanmar office is a reflection of the economic growth sweeping the region. Our presence here recognizes that new and existing customers benefit from locally driven support to complement our global services,” said Surachai Chaicompa, Managing Director BDA Agriculture Myanmar Ltd.
Big Dutchman expanding to Queensland, Australia
Big Dutchman has recently expanded their business by opening an office in Australia. This is the latest addition to a growing list of established offices across the Asia-Pacific region that already includes Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Myanmar.
Strategically located within their customers’ reach, this new establishment is not far from farm sites, allowing an improvement of sales, technical and support services.
“This new office in Brisbane, Queensland, will meet the increasing demand for solutions and services of our current and future clients. We’re delighted to be here,” said Jan Hofstede, President of Big Dutchman Asia.
