Get to know your equipment for poultry growing!
No one is born a master! Therefore, the best way to become familiar with newly-introduced equipment for poultry growing is product training, such as the seminar on the ViperTouch climate and production computer Big Dutchman organized for employees of Asia Nutrition Technologies (ANT) at the beginning of the year. The Vietnamese company, a subsidiary of Taiwanese livestock feed producer Great Wall Enterprise, has expanded into poultry production. In addition to the computer training, the ANT staff were also given a general overview of and guidelines on duck breeding management. The event took place at the headquarters of poultry equipment supplier Big Dutchman Asia in Bukit Raja, Selangor, Malaysia.
Modern poultry growing with ViperTouch
The climate and production computer ViperTouch is a state-of-the-art Big Dutchman control software system with an easy-to-operate touch screen. The electronic farm management system is the ‘brain’ that creates optimum climate conditions in the poultry house. In addition, it automates and simplifies many aspects of production such as managing the climate, allowing farmers to monitor and record production details in each house, for example bird growth, feed and water consumption, mortality and more.
ViperTouch generates poultry growing data at the push of a button. Having important data readily available allows swift and strategic decision-making if there are changes in the barn, which makes for better overall performance results.
As livestock operations become larger and more complex, Big Dutchman presents the innovative BigFarmNet control software, which consolidates multiple farm data to provide better business intelligence to their customers for an increased management efficiency of their growing business.
ANT is a multinational corporation established in 1995. Its core business is animal feed, but moving forward, they are expanding their business activities to poultry breeding. They are active in many Asian countries: Taiwan, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia and Vietnam.
